Before becoming a champion in UFC, Brock Lesnar was
"The Next Big Thing" in professional wrestling. After retiring from
the UFC last year, the question was, would it become "The Next Big
Thing" again ?
Internet rumor train picked at full speed Sunday, when he
learned that Lesnar was in Miami, home of this year's WWE
"Wrestlemania" pay-per-view. Some sites reported that Lesnar was on
the sidelines of the event, with speculation being, it would affect neither the
Triple H-Undertaker match or the match-Rock John Cena. Did this happen? Let's
take a look at the results:
Daniel Bryan VS. Sheamus for the world title
Sheamus won the title in the shot with 18 seconds Brogue,
disappointing a legion of fans of Daniel Bryan, who hoped to see him display
his skills in the ring one more game.
RANDY ORTON VS. KANE
Perhaps the most surprising finish of the night, as Kane won
clean with a slam stifling middle string.
Cody Rhodes VS. BIG SHOW
Big Show won the Intercontinental Championship after hitting
the knockout punch.
Beth Phoenix & Eve Torres VS. Maria Menounos & Kelly
Kelly
Celebrity in the game, Menounos, pinned Phoenix with a
schoolgirl, which means defending women can not beat a celebrity. Way to look
strong.
UNDERTAKER VS. HHH in Hell in a Cell with Shawn Michaels as
referee
Probably the best match you will see all year. Undertaker
won clean with a Tombstone Piledriver to improve to 20-0 at Wrestlemania.
JOHNNY TEAM VS. TEAM TEDDY
Johnny team won after Eve Torres hit Zack Ryder with a low
blow, causing him to be pinned. John Lauriniatis is now the GM of Raw and
Smackdown.
CM Punk VS Chris Jericho for the WWE Title
Punk retained his title with the Anaconda Vise.
John Cena vs. ROCK
The Rock won the victory after giving his move Cena Rock
Bottom finish.
So, not Lesnar. However, "Monday Night Raw" was
live from Miami tonight, so finding it an appearance of Lesnar. The question
is, what will its role is, and how long did he sign for?
